Abraham Trout, whose death we noticed last week, was soon followed by his wife, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lem Tilson, Saturday night about twelve o’clock. She was in her seventy-fourth year and the severe tax upon her constitution in attending her husband during his last illness resulted in pneumonia which caused her death. The funeral services were held at the old home in this city Monday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. E. H. Wood of the M. E. Church. The remains were taken to Hurricane for interment.
