WHITELAND Cody William Richards Cody William Richards, 16, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2001, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Whiteland. He was born Jan. 17, 1985, in Salt Lake City. His parents are Michael T. and Robin (Simister) Richards. Other survivors include a brother, Cameron M. Richards of Whiteland; two sisters, Christy R. Richards of Whiteland and Bonnie Jean Guymon of Salt Lake City; a maternal grand- mother, Maria Simister-Haskell of Salt Lake City; a paternal grand- mother, Norma J. Richards of Green- wood; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceeded in death by a paternal grandfather, Robert W. Richards; maternal grandparents, Jack and Bonnie Simister; an uncle, Matthew R. Richards; and great- grandparents, Joseph and Lucille Suttle. He was employed by Wendy’s and Dreyer-Reinbold Auto in Greenwood. He was a junior at Whiteland High School. He enjoyed wrestling and basketball. A service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White River Township. Memorial contributions may be made to the Methodist Hospital Pediatric Critical Care Unit.
