Henry Rhoads reported last week as being at his son, Newton’s, dangerously ill, departed this life last Friday morning shortly after midnight, and was followed to the Mt. Pleasant cemetery for burial Sunday morning by a large number of relatives, friends and neighbors. Whitenack, of Greenwood, was the undertaker.
