Sheriff Weddle and Dr. R. S. Byers returned Wednesday from a brief visit to Yale, Illinois, whither they had gone to hunt. On arriving at that place the little two-year old son of Doc Ragsdale, and a nephew of Dr. Byers, was found to be sick with membranous croup. Its death occurred Tuesday afternoon. The remains were brought here for burial. Funeral services were held at the residence of Dr. Byers in Trafalgar yesterday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial at First Mt. Pleasant.
