A little child of Ed Perkins died Sunday and was buried last Monday.

Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Clark Township, Johnson County, Certificate and Record of Death, Health Officer's Record Number 32 page 108 records that Bessey Evey Perkins died at about 2 o’clock a. m. on 18 Aug 1900 in Clark Township from dysentery of thirteen days duration, aged one year, one months and twelve days, born in Johnson County. She was female, white, and single. Her father’s name was Joseph Edward Perkins and her mother’s maiden name Sidonna Ann [sic] Street, both born in Marion County, Indiana. Bessie was buried in Morris Graveyard on 20 Aug 1900, Wilson & Son, undertaker.
