MRS. OWENS OF EDINBURG DIES
Long Illness is Fatal to Woman 
Funeral Services Saturday
      EDINBURG March 13  - Mrs. Lucille May Owens, 40, 
died at 7:15 o’clock Wednesday night at her home 
on Walnut Street.  She had been in ill health for 
the past year.
      Mrs. Owens was born August 19, 1911, in 
Indianapolis the daughter of Henry and Alta Neville 
Bucholz.  She was married to Dale Owens on April 
21, 1938.
      She is survived by her husband; a foster daughter, 
Miss Judith Biddle; a brother, Otis Bucholz of Terre 
Haute; and three sisters, Mrs. Virginia Weaver of 
Brazil, Mrs. Katherine Bolinger of Terre Haute, 
and Mrs. Eleanor Biddle of Seelyville.  Also survi-
ving is her grandmother, Mrs. Emma Neville.
      Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Satur-
day afternoon at the Methodist church, with rites 
conducted by the Rev. S. J. Fleis.  Burial will be 
made at Rest Haven Cemetery.
      The casket will be open at the Owens residence 
after 10 o’clock Friday morning until time of the service
