Pansy Milnes
      Mrs. Pansy Milnes, 72, wife of Orville Milnes, route 1, 
Edinburgh, died Monday night at Major Hospital in Shelbyville 
after being ill for some time.
      Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at 
Eskew Funeral Home where calling hours will begin today at 
2:00 p.m.  Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.
      Mrs. Milnes was born Sept. 27, 1909, in Bartholomew 
County the daughter of Henry and Martha Woods Andrews.  She 
married Mr. Milnes April 4, 1931.
      Mrs. Milnes was a member of Old Union Christian 
Church.
      Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Mrs. 
Janet Knox and Mrs. Carolyun Rooks, both of Edinburgh; 
six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
      Three sisters preceded in death, Ethel Bozell, Hallie 
Bozell and Delphie Winn.

Pansy Milnes
      Mrs. Pansy Milnes, 72, R.R.1, Edinburgh, died Monday 
evening at W.S. Major Hospital.
      A daughter of Henry and Martha (Woods) Andrews, 
she was born Sept. 27, 1909, in Bartholomew County.  
She was married April 4, 1931, to Orville Milnes, who 
survives.
      Mrs. Milnes was a member of the Old Union Christian 
Church.
      Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Janet Knox 
and Mrs. Carolyn Rooks, Edinburgh; six grandchildren 
and two great-grandchildren.  Three sisters preceded in 
death.
      Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Eskew 
Funeral Home, Edinburgh, with burial in the Rest Haven 
Cemetery.
      Friends may call after 2 p.m Wednesday.
