Mrs. Milliner, who had been visiting her sister, Mrs. E. D. Herod, near Bluff Creek, died on Monday of consumption and other complications. The deceased lived in Illinois and was in poor health before coming to her sister’s but grew worse and never rallied sufficiently to return to her home in that state.
