HAROLD MAX MILLER

  Harold Max Miller, 78, Edinburgh,
died June 2. He had been an
independent painter and contractor.
A Navy veteran of World War II, he
was a member of the American
Legion, Edinburgh post, and
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7964.
  Services: 10 a.m. June 6 in
Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home,
Edinburgh, with calling from 4 to 8
p.m. June 5. Burial: Rest Haven
Cemetery, Edinburgh.

sister Virginia Brutvan; half
brother Gerald Miller; half sisters

Harold Max Miller
  Harold Max Miller, 78, died Sunday,
June 2, 2002, at Homeview Nursing
Center in Franklin. He was a
resident of Edinburgh.
  He was born July 26, 1923, in
Shelby County. His parents were Max
and Florence (Wilkerson) Miller.
Survivors include a brother, Glen
Miller of Carrizozo, N.M.; a
sister, Virginia Brutvan of
Cleveland; a half brother, Gerald
Miller of Taylorsville; two half
sisters, Edna Robinson of Hawaii
and Charlotte Foster of Florida;
four stepbrothers, Ronald Driscoll
of Texas, Robert Driscoll of
Taylorsville, Gene Driscoll of
Shelbyville and Randy Miller of
Edinburgh; and a stepsister, Ella
Mae Smiley of Edinburgh. He was
preceded in death by a brother,
Lowell Jack Miller.
  He was employed as an independent
painter and contractor.
  He was a member of Edinburgh
American Legion Post 233 and
Veterans of Foreign Wars 7964.
  He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World
War II.
  The Rev. Lewis Burton will conduct
a service at 10 a.m. Thursday at
Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in
Edinburgh. Friends may call from 4
to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral
home. Burial will be at Rest Haven
Cemetery in Edinburgh, with
graveside rites conducted by
Edinburgh American Legion and
Veterans of Foreign Wars.
