Mary Kann Maze Mary Kann Maze, 60, died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, at Hickory Creek Healthcare in Franklin. She was a resident of New Whiteland. She was born Aug. 26, 1949, in Indianapolis. Her parents were Paul and Eva (Griffith) Huffman. She married Wendell Maze on May 2, 1970. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Jennifer (Scott) Jones; and two grandchildren, Nick and Holly Jones. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lynn Huffman; and a sister, Jill Hart. She was employed for 15 years by Clark-Pleasant Community School Corp. as a cook. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jonathan Vierkant will conduct a service at 1 p.m. Thursday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Acton Cemetery.
