The wife of Andrew Meixell [sic] died of child birth on last Thursday night and also the infant child. She leaves a husband and four children to mourn the loss of a companion and an efficient mother. The funeral took place at the Bethlehem church, two miles east of town. Funeral by Rev. J. W. Ragsdale.
