HAZEL M. LARKIN
Hazel M. Larkin, 90, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, at Community Hospital South. She was a resident of Greenwood.
She was born Dec. 17, 1907, in Mason City, Ill. Her parents were Lemual G. and Margaret (Bastian) Van Laningham. She married John Larkin. He preceded her in death April 8, 1996. Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline Wildey of Greenwood; a sister, Delores Ghys of Coal Valley, Ill.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Rex Allen Wildey; a brother, Lemual Van Laningham; and two sisters, Velma Walker and Martha Van Laningham.
She was a homemaker.
She was a 50-year member of Royal Neighbors of America and a member of Women of the Moose in Peoria, Ill.
The Rev. James Hughes will conduct a service at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the chapel.
