William Jeffery died at his mother’s home in Southport last Friday. He received a stroke of paralysis about five weeks ago and had never recovered from the effects of it. He was formerly a resident of Franklin leaving thirty-five years ago. He was sixty-four years old. Robt. Jeffery of Hopewell, is a brother of the deceased. The remains were buried in Greenlawn cemetery on Sunday afternoon at one o’clock.
