Gertie Hendrickson, daughter of John Hendrickson, departed this life last Friday evening, age 18 years. Funeral Sunday at the Christian church of which she was a member. She was a good Christian girl and loved by all who knew her. Her mother preceded her to the grave some three years ago, and Gertie acted as mother to the little babe that was left, and cared generally for the family. Our loss is her gain as she was a devoted Christian and is now resting with the saints beyond.
