      Elizabeth Florence Henderson, 71, Franklin, died 
this morning at Todd-Aikens Health Center in Johnson 
County Memorial Hospital, Franklin.
      She was born Dec. 6, 1915, in Bartholomew County, 
to Frank and Anna (Bisel) Dinn.
      She married Marion F. Henderson Oct. 12, 1945, in 
Franklin.  He survives.
      A graduate of Nineveh High School, she lived in 
Bartholomew county and Edinburgh before settling in 
Franklin 39 years ago.
      Mrs. Henderson worked as an inspector at Lucas-
Harrold Naval Avionics and also was a housekeeper.
      She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic 
Church in Franklin.
      A mass of Christian burial will be at St. Rose of 
Lima at 10 a.m. Monday, preceded by family prayers 
at Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m.  The 
Rev. Fred Schmitt will officiate at the service.  Friends 
may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where 
a rosary service will be at 7 p.m. Sunday.  Burial will be 
at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
