WILLARD HADLEY

  Willard Hadley,
59, Blue River Park,
Edinburgh, died
Monday night at
Johnson County
Hospital.  He had
been an Edinburgh
street department
employee for several
years before becom-
ing ill and was active 
in the ministry the 
past 20 years start-
ing a church in
Shelbyville and also
preaching on the
Franklin, Columbus
and Seymour radio
church services.
  Calling hours
are after 2:00 p.m.
today at Eskew
Funeral Home. 
Funeral services
will be conducted
Thursday at 2:00
p.m. at the Separate
Baptist Church with
the Rev. Clifton
Cowan the minister. 
Burial will be at
Rest Haven Cemetery.
  Mr. Hadley was
born Aug. 24, 1920,
in Adair County,
Ky., the son of
William and Lora
Jane Burton Hadley. 
He married Dorinda
Denton Jan. 23,
1945, and she
survives.
  Also surviving
are 13 children,
Donald, Jackie,
Wayne, Herbert,
Phillip, Phyllis,
Tammy, Malinda,
Cynthia and Willard
Hadley, Jr., all of
Edinburgh, Mrs.
Juanita Hounsell of
Columbus, Roger
Hadley of Houston,
Texas, and Gary
Hadley, Queens, N.Y.
  Six brothers and
sisters, Alvin
(Pete) Hadley,
Edinburgh, Hubert
and Calvin Hadley,
both of Columbus,
Dorothy Feese and
Mamie Shepherd, both
of Columbia, Ky.,
and Edith Holt,
Flint, Mich., one
half-brother, James
Hadley, Louisville,
Ky.; two
half-sisters,
Darlene Bolin of
Indianapolis and
Katheryne Kolby,
Campbellsville, Ky.,
eight grandchildren.
