Ronald E. Grubbs
Brown County native Ronald E. Grubbs died Saturday, November 12, 1994, at his home in Indianapolis. He was 72.
Mr. Grubbs was born August 3, 1922, in Brown County to Ross and Genevra Erb Grubbs.
He and Alice Handy were married April 15, 1950, in Franklin. She survives.
Mr. Grubbs was graduated from Bloomington High School and Indiana University.
He was employed as a data processor and systems manager for Indiana Insurance for 25 years, retiring in 1983.
Mr. Grubbs was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was a member of the Association of Systems Managers.
Another survivor is a brother, Charles Grubbs of Indianapolis.
A service was conducted Wednesday, November 16, at the G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home in Greenwood.
Burial was in Franklin’s Greenlawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the St. Francis Hospice.
