The undersigned, Coroner of Johnson county, Indiana, did on the 1st day of November, 1895, hold an inquest on the body of Lena M. Foxworthy, found dead in Blue River township in said county, on the 1st day of November 1895.
Having viewed the body and heard the testimony of witnesses, I find that the deceased came to her death by reason of accidental suffocation. No blame can be attached to anyone.
Deceased was six months old: the body well nourished.
