Death of Mrs. Reece Dunn.

Mrs. Mary Dunn, wife of Reece Dunn, died Monday in this city. The funeral services occurred Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Elder A. Atwater, who read the following sketch during the services:

Mary J. Fleming was born in Clark county, Ind., July 10, 1845. She was the second of the four children of John M. and Elizabeth Fleming.

She was nearly two years younger than her brother, James R. She became a Christian at an early age, probably when she was fifteen, uniting with the Christian church at New Market, Clark county, in the neighborhood where she was raised.

At the age of 22 she married to Reece Dunn. Her father, John M. Fleming, died in Clark county in the year 1850, when she was but a child, but her mother removing to this place lived a widow nearly forty years. The youngest brother, John F. Fleming, having died at the age of eighteen in the year 1868, and Henry O. Fleming having died in 1892, at the age of forty-five, James R. Fleming is the only one left of the entire family.
