After a short illness Samuel A. Dorrell, son of Joseph Dorrell, of this village died at his home Thursday night, June 5th, aged 23 years. His funeral took place on Saturday, the services being held in the M. E. church, of which he was a member, Rev. C. W. Tinsley, of Franklin officiating. A large congregation was present. Following the church services the remains were taken to Greenwood cemetery for interment.
