Henry Demoree [sic], an old citizen of Union township, died at 4 o’clock Tuesday afternoon of stomach trouble. The funeral services took place Wed­nesday afternoon and the remains were interred in the Shiloh church cemetery.

Public Sale.

The undersigned will offer at public auction on the farm of Henry Demaree, deceased, five miles south west of Union Village and two miles west of Shiloh Presbyterian church, on Friday Sept. 4th, 1891 at 10 o’clock a. m., the following property: Ten horses, and five mules, 7 milch cows, 9 head of good two year old steers and other stock cattle, 30 head of hogs, hay in the mow and stack, corn in the field, 2 two horse wagons, 1 two horse spring wagon, 1 buggy, 1 bloder [sic], one mower, plows harrows, harness and other articles.

TERMS: –All sums of $5 and under cash. All sums over $5 a credit of twelve months with approved security will be given without interest.
