The remains of the infant child of Rev. J. W. Clevenger and wife, were brought to this city Saturday morning for burial. Funeral services were held in the afternoon.

––––

Howard, the little son of Rev. and Mrs. J. W. Clevenger, east 4th street, died Friday shortly after 12 o’clock. The little one had been suffering from cholera infantum for about a week. Services will be held at the home at 8 o’clock tonight and will be in charge of Rev. S. R. Lyons, assisted by Rev. Coffey. The parents will leave on the midnight train to take the remains to Franklin for burial. The child was 13 months old, and in this their first great affliction, Mr. and Mrs. Clevenger have the sincere sympathy of the community that with them had so earnestly hoped that the little one would recover.
