LaDeama M. Carmichael, 78, of Franklin, formerly of Columbus, died at 8:20 p.m., Thursday, November 25, 2010, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.

LaDeama was born in Brown County on Dec. 4, 1931, the daughter of Howard C. "Babe" and Esther Henderson Carmichael.
She had worked with Gateway Service in Johnson County and had attended Petersville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed being with family and friends, bowling and working with crafts.
She is survived by a sister, Norma (Scott) Henkle of Tampa, Fla.; a niece, Jenny (Brad) Bryant of Edinburgh; a nephew, Randy (Kelly) Henkle of Springfield, Mo.; great-nieces and -nephews, Shauna Henkle of Richmond, Va., Chelsea Henkle of Orlando, Fla., Noah Henkle of Springfield, Mo. and Brad A. (Karmin) Bryant of Greensburg; great-great-niece and great-great-nephews; Madelyn and Collin Bryant, both of Edinburgh and Chase Henkle of Orlando, Fla. .
She was preceded in death by her parents.
