Robert Eugene Burton, Jr., 2-day-old son of Robert Eugene and Mary Louise Taylor Burton of Edinburgh, died Wednesday afternoon at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He was born Monday at Bartholomew County Hospital in Columbus.
Surviving with the parents are grandparents, Beulah M. Johnson and Gordon and Violet Burton, all of Edinburgh.
Graveside services were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Rest Haven Cemetery by the Rev. Clifton Cowan.
