Maverick Wade Burk was stillborn Sunday, April 14, 1996, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.
The infant’s parents are Troy Allen and Connie Jo Higgins Burk of Trafalgar.
Other survivors include a brother, Dalton Allen Burk of Trafalgar; paternal grandparents, Bucky and Nancy Black Burk of Franklin; maternal grandparents, Fred C. and Mary Hall Higgins of Whiteland; a step-great-grandfather, Seth Thomas of Hudson, Florida; paternal great- grandmothers, Bertha Black of Indianapolis and Dorothy Hazzard Thomas of Hudson, Florida; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Reverend Steve Fair led a service Wednesday, April 17, in Franklin’s Greenlawn Cemetery.
The Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home in Franklin was in charge of arrangements.
