AGED LAWYER DIES
FRANKLIN, Ind., Oct 30. (UP) Funeral services will be held Tuesday for Elba L Branigin, Sr., 79, veteran Johnson county lawyer and Democrat who died yesterday.
He was survived by four sons, Roger of Lafayette, who is president-elect of the Indiana Bar association; Elba, Jr., and Gerald, who practiced law with him here, and Edgar, clerk of Wayne county, Michigan. Branigin’s wife Zula, died earlier this month.
