Daniel Bowman
Daniel Bowman, 66, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999, at his residence in Bargersville.
He was born Jan. 31, 1933, in Mercedes, Texas. His father is Oscar Bowman Sr. of Mercedes, Texas. His mother was Anita (Garcia) Bowman. He married Louise (Anderson) Bowman on April 7, 1958, in Indianapolis. She survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Anita Britt of Bargersville and Roxanne Page of Trafalgar; a brother, Oscar Bowman Jr. of Indianapolis; five sisters, Pauline Quiroga and Sylvestra Price, both of Texas, Esther Miller of Anderson, Mary Garmon of Greenwood and Delores Huggins of Indianapolis.
He was employed by Western Electric for 25 years, retiring in 1984.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict.
A service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in White Rive[sic] Township.
