Word reached friends in Johnson county this week that Mildred J. Boone, wife of Thomas M. Boone, died Sunday, October 1, at her home in Milwaukee, Reno County, Kansas, from typhoid fever. Mr. and Mrs. Boone were formerly residents of this county. In a letter to friends here Mr. Boone says: “She was a long sufferer but bore it without a murmur and died the death of the righteous.”
