COLUMBUS, Ind., May 13 – Word was received here today that Albert N. Blessing, former county attorney of Bartholomew county and a former well-known lawyer, of this city whose death occurred a week ago at his home in Montrose, Colo., committed suicide, by taking carbolic acid. After taking the poison he wrote a note, in which he said that he had spent all of his own and his wife’s money and that life was no longer worthwhile. Since going West several years ago, he invested heavily in lands and orchards.
