MIDWAY STREET — Daniel Ray Anderson, 84, of Midway Street, died at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 1994, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He was a retired truck driver for Community Grain Co. in Edinburgh and was a World War II Army veteran.
Funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel on 25th Street. Calling will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday and from noon until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery at Edinburgh.
Mr. Anderson was born Oct. 25, 1909, in Johnson County, the son of Joseph Perry and Mary E. Stout Anderson. He was the widower of Eva E. Webb Anderson.
Survivors include a son, Ray Anderson of Edinburgh; sisters, Margaret M. Critney of Columbus and Sarah Ellen Leeper of Seymour; a brother, Tom Anderson of Valley Station, Ky.; grandchildren, Michelle Hornbaker of Martinsville, Jennie Hodge of Cannon, Ky., Michael Anderson of Edinburgh and Johnny Ray and Amanda Kaye Anderson, both of North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Lydia Burton.
